I am regular customer from this Store and today I stop by for lunch, for this first time that I run into a bad experience. The... lady from the first line was very stingy serving the salad mix, I ordered a Small Salad bowl she started serving a certainamount of salad mix and then I started choosing other options like spinach and other items that they have and then she startedtaking a portion of the salad mix back to they?re trays, than this lady excuse herself by saying I don?t want to get in troublebecause I serve you too much of the salad I was really shock with the experience in this store ! Very Unfortunate I cancel theorder. I do believe that there is a lot of room of improvement when it comes about training staff at the business and when serving portions on this salads bars specialy when the lettuce it?s lowest cost item in your business and your most profitableitem! Where the business owners are making the big $$$ there so sad. Never again ! Read more
The BEST salad chain in Houston/Texas. All the ingredients you could imagine. I love loading up on greens & veggies then the... Chipotle Southwest chicken & dressing. This place is great if you're really hungry because you can absolutely feast out forhowever long it takes you to devour your salad and get yourself satisfied and you won't be hurting your health because the foodis so healthy! I stopped by here for lunch today after wanting to try it for so long. I am a healthy eater so I love places like these. I... really enjoyed my experience here from start to finish. It?s clean and organized with ample seating. I told the workers it wasmy first time here and they were very friendly in assisting me with my order. I am vegetarian so this place is amazing inproviding good quality food for my dietary needs. I opted for a veggie wrap and it was so delicious.
