I LOVE this location and Salata period but, this is the first time that I've come in during a lunch rush. The line moves pretty... well (per usual) BUT, I noticed something that I think is absolutely weird and borderline nasty. I saw to-go orders being madeand watched the preparer stack the containers on top of each other with the bottoms resting on someone else's bed of lettuce inthe container underneath. About 4 high at one point. I can see you closing the containers and then stacking them up. But, toliterally have someone's salad container resting on top of the lettuce of someone else's food is disgusting. Will definitelynever order to-go if that's how it gets handled. Read more

Received a regular Caesar salad. Salad was okay until I got to the bottom and there was a long black hair in the bowl that was... clearly not mine because my hair is braided at the moment. I immediately brought the bowl to the store and the lady at the frontcounter called the manager. The manager stated the only thing that could be done was for them to make a replacement. Why would Iwant a replacement salad, when I clearly had hair in the salad that I had just received? I didn?t receive an apology, a refundoffer, nothing. I would?ve even been happy with a partial refund offer. But the fact that they downplayed a long, disgustingpiece of hair in my food, was enough for me to know that I will not be back and will be contacting corporate for my refund. Read more

I arrived after 3pm on a Saturday. I had about a 5 minute wait. The store was clean. There were a few people seated Indoors... and outside. Safety mask and Social distancing was being practiced. The employees looked neat and professional. I ordered alarge salad to go with ginger lime dressing. I love the variety of vegetables. The service was excellent. I enjoyed my salad.One spoon of each vegetable is not enough for all of that lettuce. Five is a nice round number. Read more
