Absolutely amazing vibe, service, food, value. Incredibly attentive and caring staff. We had breakfast at the restaurant twice,... once a la carte, once buffet. Value was excellent. Food was brilliant. Fresh and full of flavor. Service couldn't have beenbetter. And even the coffee was excellent, with all kind of milk options including oat milk. The buffet is separated into cold($14) hot ($20) or full ($30). The menu ranges from Greek yogurt to omelettes and an amazing vegetarian Lebanese breakfast withfresh mint, flavorful olives, pita bread and much more. We also tried the hotel bar right door: again, amazing attentive andcaring service, good drinks, highly recommend. Best of all is the look and feel of the entire hotel space: green, open,relaxing... Absolutely delicious food. We stay at the intercontinental several times a month and usually eat in the Safina. I?ve had... literally every meal on the dinner menu and each dish is amazing. The ribeye is perfection. Recently tried the Lebanesebreakfast and fell in love with it. The food is presented beautifully, it?s delicious, the staff are courteous and professional. Read more
Had a amazing experience with the mediterranean fusion food. Salute to the chef, each dish has it own taste and still could tell... that food does not loose its authenticity. I wish I could try more dishes that day. Will always be a my list for nice dining. Read more

Giving both Safina and the Naturalist (the bar) 5 stars! The food was amazing and the service was great. A huge shout out to Kru... for being an amazing bartender. Kru served us drinks on a few different evenings; and his ability to craft delicious cocktails,connect with guests, and work with speed was so impressive. Read more
