Perhaps the full name might be \"Roots of Hatred\", so horrific the bizarre business.\nI was in town for a conference nearby,... saw the restaurant on Google Maps and downloaded an interesting menu. I pre-ordered through GrubHub which sent me a textclaiming it had delivered my meal and charged me for it. I called the restaurant from the lobby of the conference location whereI had been waiting 1.5 hour for delivery. The restaurant operator said GrubHub never have them the order. She INSISTED I comedine in for the next meal. She said it was quite close to the conference location.\nI said it looked close but I have a physicaldisability and it would take me a while to get there, so I would come after the morning conference session ended.\nThe horrificsidewalk neglect in the area made this a much more perilous trip than anticipated, but eventually I got there and found therestaurant is not accessible. Why did the manager INSIST I come dine in person after I told her that I had a physical disabilitywhen they exclude customers with mobility limitations from the restaurant?\nI called repeatedly and ask them to bring the foodup the steps. Each time I was told the food was ready and someone would be bringing it out. This continued for 30 minutes. Iwaited just in case they had actually started to prepare the food--I did not want to leave without paying fjr any food they hadprepared. Plus now there was no time left in my schedule to get food elsewhere.\nBut this continued, with me in the restaurantentrance at the top of the stairs, clearly visible to all the employees who ignored me and never brought the food.\nI had tosettle for a bottle of Starbucks from the corner Express Mart which had more gaming machines than food. They have pretty good food. You need a mask until seated. Their soups, salads, apps, breakfast and entrees are all pretty good.

Horrible experience they have no customer service skills went there Wednesday Sept.12,2018 for lunch break very few customers... maybe 3 to 4. Sat at a table for 15 minutes waiters saw me but did not acknowledge me then 3 older women came in and were waitedon in seconds. I was already agitated and flagged 1 of the waiters down and asked what seem to be the problem told him thesituation he apologized and took my order but now had to wait on food and try to guzzle it down cause I was on my lunchbreak.\n\nNow today I figured I give them a 2nd chance worst decision I made waited 30minutes had to walk out no one attended tome. I was there for a private party and did not even know that that Cafe existed and it\'s very nice building with nice offices and... very upscale and I am more than certain that it\'s food it serves daily and drinks are pretty good Read more
