My sister and I went to this location because it was close to where we were staying. We were seated promptly and Key, our... waiter, took out drink order. We told him we were there for endless shrimp so he immediately took our food order as well. He wasvery polite and kept refilling our beverages and he also kept our endless shrimp orders coming. Had lunch here earlier today. I did takeout bc I like eating in my car and jamming to some old 90s music(ie.Depeche Mode,... Enigma, Aerosmith). Anyhow back to my review…..the to go server was nice. Can't criticize much since it's my first time dining here after pandemic... it was a slow night but the server kept messing up... our orders and would bring our meal late... Besides the service, food was delicious and enjoyed dining with my family. Read more
What a surprise. I had gone to a different Red Lobster location about a month or so ago and wondered if it would be the same... quality of food and service at another location so I deliberately set out to find out and am so glad I did. This Red Lobster outoff Hwy. 6 close to Westheimer Rd excelled in all aspects tonight. The difference in the taste of the food and service was nightand day compared to that other location off Hwy. 290. They were busy but the host sat us right away and had a great attitude.The server approached the table immediately and was extremely attentive, fantastic attitude, prompt in all aspects and you couldtell she was customer oriented and loved her job. The kitchen was great as well getting food out fast, hot, tasty and platednicely (which was very, very disappointing at the 290 restaurant). Overall I think the server "YOLANDA" is what made the maindifference because of her energy and welcoming demeanor, it really does make me want to come back to that particular locationagain and again... which from the Museum district, it's a good 30 minute trip but worth it. Imagine paying extra for SPOILED BROWN LETTUCE SALAD WITH SOGGY OLD TOMATOES IN IT! The whole mood from the time I placed my... order to when I picked it up was annoying, the cashier was new which is find I’m super understanding with that, but when shehad to check to see if my meal came with two sides, the attitude turned on and completely up, I’m hoping it was justfrustration and a miss understanding… also didn’t get my fries or anything Back to my salad this is unacceptable, thank godI look at my food before I just bite into it…. I would definitely like this corrected. My meal was okay, but that salad whichis what I looked forward to the most! Was a disgrace I wouldn’t feed a dog the scraps that red lobster tried to feed me.
