I'm a big fan of Canes. This location has been dreadful. Not once has my order been correct at the drive through and on top of... that, the workers always launch an investigation that takes forever and seems just plain rude. I'd rather just stick to Popeyesdown the street. Read more
I love this cane?s! it?s so good i?ve already been there 4 times since they?ve opened! There is ONE little problem though:... every. single. time. i have been shorted a canes sauce. it?s really disappointing especially considering they?re still chargingme for the missing canes sauce. I?d hate to have to start checking my orders at the window and slowing down the line so pleaseput all the canes sauce in the order if possible cuz i don?t want to be annoying. other than that, my food is always excellent! If the only thing that sets you apart from from other chicken places is smaller tenders, secret sauce and frozen French fries,... you better nail it. They didn't. Food barely warm. People were nice and place was clean. Read more
I love canes but this location really let me down on first visit. Got the right drink but completely wrong order (even though... two employees repeated it to me) I had even paid for extra which someone else got to enjoy. For the amount of employees I sawthey were being paid for a whole lot of nothing. Read more
