Food was very good. Went to get a refill and was pretty much ignored by the 3 workers that looked at me.
My first time in Texas, I was SO excited they had Raising Cane's!! I go to NOLA every year and this is a staple. I stayed at the... Hyatt near the mall and walked over before I flew out to explore, this made my day. A big shout out to Dominique for being sosweet and welcoming. She wiped the overspill of soda of of my cup and this really made an impression, usually you just get thewet, sticky cup. Kudos to Dominique! Read more

Service is terrible and employees have TERRIBLE attitudes! An associate got a nasty attitude with me for not knowing how their... order process works and assumed I did and proceeded to talk about me IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER and he just let it happen ! If youcan?t treat people with respect at YOUR job , you don?t need one! Every time I come to this location , someone is always beingextremely rude to me. Hire better employees smh. Read more

Service here sucks. The attitude the workers here have is horrible. My friends ordered 8 chicken tenders, which costs more than... the box, asks for a sauce and they refuse to give her one without charging extra. Realize this after the transaction and Ithink it?s common sense to give a sauce on a $12 order as a courtesy. It was her first time there. I was more disappointed bythe interaction than the charge. Went to this location last night and ordered a Caniac combo with a side of fries in the drive thru and they gave me 3 chicken... strips an one chicken strip that someone bit off of. So disgusting. I will not ever give them another dime of my money. So grossand disrespectful. It also was cold and the fries looked super old and they didn?t add the coke slaw. I still have it and willbe going to the store to return their meal today. I have my receipt. I tried calling but they conveniently have the phone offthe hook so it gives a busy signal. Read more
