Thankfully I don't live near this one. The food was decent but the drive thru was so bad it was hard to park and go inside. I've... worked in the food industry and 6pm is one of the busiest times for food places. This location was not prepared for dinnerservice on a Friday night. Not to mention this location is already in a terrible spot to begin with. Was difficult getting inand out of parking lot. Read more

Wow. I think their chicken strips have shrunken. Used to be big juicy oversized chicken strips but this is what we got tonight.... 4 tender combo is way too expensive for these size strips. Read more

Picked up dinner after an 18 hour day at almost 2 am and I was shocked at the friendly, fast and professional service. Most... staff are tired and ready to go home, but the staff member was very friendly and she also acknowledged my dog in the vehicleand gave her a small treat. The drive-thru customer service experience was stellar and similar to Starbucks and Chick-Fil-A,except the food tastes better at Raising Cane?s. Kudos to the lady working early this morning; she single-handedly elevated theRaising Cane?s brand and the image of that store for me and the friends I talk to. Great Work! Read more

On the night of a Houstons Texans game: Google says open until 2am. Dining is open until 11pm. At 10:45pm we walked in, tables... dirty, most chairs put up, tables folded down. Ordered two 3 piece chicken meals. It came out cold and soggy- chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast. At 10:50 they locked the doors. They didn't have BBQ sauce and didn't want to give ketchup. Dine-in isclosed, cars in drive thru wrapped around the building. 5+ employees sitting in the dining room. An employee with a headsetlooking like a drive thru attendant in the dining room socializing. Horrible service. Horrible atmosphere. Read more

This is a prime example of simplicity at its best. They do a few items and don't have large large selection of food items and... it has made them excel in what they do. This also speeds up the process in the drive-through line because the menu is simpleand it's easy for everybody to make a choice. The chicken fingers are very amazing they are not spicy and they are always freshtasting. If you want a little zip try their dipping sauce. Those crinkle cut fries hearken to the days of mom taking a bag ofOre Ids crinkle cut fries and making them for dinner. Their coleslaw is really good with a little hint of I think horseradish. They also make a keen Arnold Palmer very good drink refreshing and they have that really good crushed ice. I think youshould try them I think you would really like them. They also have an awesome picture of a golden lab with sunglasses who theynamed the restaurant after. Read more
