I go to Cane's Chicken a lot this is the first time in this location. Instant greetings was very nice and this lady that was on... the counter she was very active and noticing everything and constantly greetings and making eye contacts. When I have my food Iwas really disappointed because the chicken strip size was not acceptable. It was smaller than usual, I had a smaller sizebefore but in order to cover it up they had served me with an extra strip but this place was not doing it. It was not worth forthe money. And of the day it is a constructive criticism so management are company can keep an eye on this issue so we can comeback again and get a better person for our money. Read more

Had a minor issue with my order and manager was exceptional and corrected the problem quickly. Great experience!!! :)

I get nostalgic over canes since I don't have it in my hometown. Decided to go here on my business trip. Tasted pretty good... except their fries which always suck and are soggy. However, within hours after eating here, I got very sick. Not sure if it wasthe grease or maybe my chicken was undercooked as I just read a review about raw chicken but whatever it was, it did not agreewith my stomach. Haven't had that problem before. I usually love canes, but this is out of line. Ordered 2 box combos and a kids combo and paid nearly 30$ Only for me to bite... into raw/undercooked chicken? this could have gotten me sick, or my daughter sick. I expected better from this place I am verydisappointed Read more

Don't think I hit this at the right time. The chicken was just cooked but soggy. The location was very clean. Hardly anyone... inside. Several cars in line. I am thinking that this must be a fluke, because so many folks swear by this place. Read more

This location used to be great and I would come here often because of how fast and polite everything was. The last two times the... workers have acted like they couldn't be bothered to do their jobs or care that a customer is in front of them. The first timethe food was a joke, smallest chicken fingers (one was barely chicken, basically just fried batter) and the second time I wastold to wait out front for nearly 10 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken, no please, it was "just pull up to the front". Can'timagine I'll be going here that often anymore. And don't bother asking me to call you to resolve the issue, it already happened,nothing to resolve. Read more
