The food is usually A1 here but the last order i received was burnt and missing the breast from my 1.5 chickens. I called and... let them know and was told to come back and get my order replaced. I called before i came to confirm and was hung up on multipletimes because i do not speak Spanish. I got there and nobody know what i was talking about. They wouldn?t listen to me aboutWHAT my order was and even when i used a translator, i was disregarded like i was not important. People walked up and placedorders and received them while i was told that i have to wait 40 minutes to an hour if i wanted my order remade. They refused tomake my order over after i waited the time she asked. The old broad in the pink shirt with the wrinkles was so rude and nasty ilost my appetite. The goodness of the chicken isn?t worth the crappiness of the service so my family and i will not bother theemployees here again. Read more
I go here as often as I can. And I've never had a problem getting service. As a matter of fact.. I regularly would order plates... 15 minutes before they would open, and would still get serviced. This place is a rare find. Anyone to be lucky enough to enjoythis family owned restaurant, will not be disappointed. Read more
Food is great, the problem is that sometimes you stop during business hours and they are not there.
Wow is all I can say about the taste on the chicken and their meats in general. You can call ahead of time and order so you can... get there and just pick your food up.The order is usually ready within 10 to 15 minutes and freshly cooked with mesquite wood.Rice and beans beautifully compliment their meats. Pollo asado really good, rice and salsa is too. The only downfall was the beans weren?t good and the tortillas are warmed up and... wrapped in a foil in form of burrito. When you open it, the tortillas are tearing apart. Menu/prices in pic attached! Read more
