Great pretzels and people
I stopped by to get a quick snack while running errands in the mall. The guy made every excuse as to why they were out of items,... why menu items were no longer available and how items would take too long to make. He gave me his whole song and dance,completely unsolicited, about how he was not the one supposed to be on duty that day and then verbatim told me, ?it?s not myproblem?. What is wrong with people today? Customer service barely exists anymore. I don?t care if you?re manning a gumballmachine. Do your job and do it well! Excuses have no place in the workspace! I understand things happen, but this was too much.Chances are I wouldn?t have waited for the items to be made, but had he given me a time frame and tried to do good customerservice, it would have saved a bad review. The pretzel maker at memorial mall never hace mozzarella bites and they are always rude to the clients. Worst visits
None of the employees were wearing a mask correctly.
