It was a bit trying to find the spot but it's INSIDE THE TOWNS Shopping Center across from Phonetians Restaurant on the 3rd... floor... GPS had me running a block for no reason ???? BUT DESPITE ALL THAT, the cashiers were friendly and greeted upon arrivaland had my order fresh and ready! This location is the slowest for online orders compared to pretty much every other lunch location in downtown and The Shops. The... app is also difficult and confusing to use when paying for it or trying to get a reward. Lastly, I really don't get PotbellySandwiches as they tend to be a bit on the dry and smaller in size compared to Quiznos or even Subway. Read more
Chicken salad and soup was good. The icecream and butter cookies great! Prices were reasonable for lunch. What makes them stand... out is their customer service. They go above and beyond to interact with the customer here. They bring life to an almostlifeless food court on the weekend! Read more

Perfectly fine, average sub. On a Saturday lunch, the entire mall is a ghost town.
Good place to eat, hard to order for delivery sometimes. The other shop down the street had a mishap and we cancelled the order... (this was two days ago for a UHD meeting). We ordered again, but from this shop. They delivered in a timely manner. The deliveryperson was nice. She was respectful and has good work ethics. I wish I had her name to say who it was.
