Highly Satisfied. I ordered lunch for a meeting. The meeting was for 12 so I ordered for 20. The day of delivery I had more... people to show than expected. Now, I ordered extra for that reason but my extra was still not enough. Just spent ten minutes waiting in line to accomplish nothing. The guy at the start of the line kept forgetting to start making... my sandwhich. He was told three times, once by me and twice by his coworkers. 3rd time they told him to make the sandwich I hadalready been waiting 10 minutes. I'd just been standing in there 10 minutes staring at these people while they are obliviouslymaking the sandwhiches for the multiple people behind me in line. When i realized id prolly have to wait another 10 minutes bcthey hadnt even started i left. This could have been avoided if your online portal worked too but half the time i try to orderonline that wont work either. The parking is also awful. Never enough spaces in their lot. Bad service and more over bad quality in meats and bread. It was my 3rd try there. I treat everything like baseball. Mess up... once, sure it happens to everyone, twice ok lesson learned give them a little history of the problem last time you visited. Athird time? Youuuuur're OUT! Never will return. Read more

Potbelly is probably my favorite sandwich shop to date. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant is amazing, and the employees... are friendly. Friends I've taken here always assume it's just a Subway alternative, but once they take a bite of their sandwichthey realize how much better Potbelly is. My favorite item is something you won't find on the menu, the Clubby. Their secretmenu is a real treat, but their normal menu has no shortage of tasty sandwiches for you to sink your teeth in. If you ever needa good, hearty lunch, keep Potbelly in your mind. Read more

My job catered lunch from here and I got their Mediterranean sandwich! I honestly never thought to come here before, but I?m so... glad I had a chance to try it because it was delicious. The sandwich ingredients were so fresh, the bread was on point, the sideof marinated peppers they give were mouthwatering, and brownie cookie was quite possibly the best cookie I?ve ever had.
