My favorite location (they toast and prepare the sandwiches perfect). I usually call the order in and pick up in the drive thru... when I am driving and 10-15 minutes out. On this occasion I was placed on hold and arrived, went inside and ordered beforeanyone came back to the phone some 18 minutes after they put me on hold - I was in line already ordered and paying but did notwant to be rude and hang up. They were busy but appeared staffed adequately to take phone orders - they may need to train orcheck their ring back function on their phone to avoid in the future. The sandwich is good, but the chicken wasn't what I expected. I will try something else next time. OMG, the cookies!!! Both... cookies are good, but the suger cookies were soooo delicious. A Potbelly is what you're gonna have after eating here. The price is reasonable and the portion size is generous. I love... getting their pick-your-pair meal. I get their Avo Turkey sandwich paired with a broccoli cheddar soup, so freaking good!Perfect spot for lunch, ordering through their app is easy and has awesome perks. You can pick up the online order through thedrive-thru too, making it extra easy and fast for people with limited time on their lunch break. *Quick note- don't overlooktheir cookies!!! Payed extra for mushrooms and got zero. In fact I got a $12 peice of bread with meat onions, cheese and nothing else. A wreck... sandwich missing most of the listed ingredients and a crying child. Thank you so much for your lack of professionalism. Whenit's 20 mins till closing I guess your staff is more interested in clocking out than taking care of your customers. The employees were very helpful when I was figuring out their Perks program to get some cool free stuff. My girlfriend and I... each had a sandwich. I had the Wreck and she got the Italian. Both were good! I have been to a few Potbelly locations before, soI know they usually have Cholula, but this location didn't have any.. or at least we didn't see any around and didn't care toask for it. Anyway, small detail. The shop itself was nice and the ambiance was good. Read more
Potbelly has always been good. I've never had a bad sandwich or bad customer service. I've been to 2 locations and pretty much... no issues. Sandwich will make you rethink the normal Subway you are used to. They also have some of the best cookies too. Read more
