My wife and I came through the drive thru to order and the lady was taking my order today 10/17/2022 @1:00pm was EXTREMELY RUDE.... This was going to be our first time trying PotBelly as well. We drove away because the last thing we want is service from aplace with a rude employee. Read more
My favorite location (they toast and prepare the sandwiches perfect). I usually call the order in and pick up in the drive thru... when I am driving and 10-15 minutes out. On this occasion I was placed on hold and arrived, went inside and ordered beforeanyone came back to the phone some 18 minutes after they put me on hold - I was in line already ordered and paying but did notwant to be rude and hang up. They were busy but appeared staffed adequately to take phone orders - they may need to train orcheck their ring back function on their phone to avoid in the future. The sandwich is good, but the chicken wasn't what I expected. I will try something else next time. OMG, the cookies!!! Both... cookies are good, but the suger cookies were soooo delicious. A Potbelly is what you're gonna have after eating here. The price is reasonable and the portion size is generous. I love... getting their pick-your-pair meal. I get their Avo Turkey sandwich paired with a broccoli cheddar soup, so freaking good!Perfect spot for lunch, ordering through their app is easy and has awesome perks.
