Guys c?mon? This the second time I?ve ordered online and had to wait 10 minutes because they forgot about me. This time I gave... them 1.5 hour?s notice and I come in to two guys fiddling with paper bags and only one order in the to go shelves. Then, morepeople (about 4) came in that seemed to have ordered online too and their order wasn?t ready as well. What?s the point ofordering online? When I came in the place was empty so I don?t understand why the backlog?? And why were there so few employeeson sandwich day? I have come to this Potbelly location a lot over the years, and not once have I had a bad experience. The food is always great,... the employees are very friendly, and the vibe is always cool. Being the vintage is always a plus too. Read more

The sandwiches are delicious BUT the service has gone down. They promise 8 minutes or less. I'm the only one in there and it was... 8 min on the mark..... Brian likes to walk away from making your sandwich to tell jokes in a hushed voice, stifled laughterslows the clock even further. The manager and himself then proceeded to handled the evening trash, go right back to work, andhelping me.... luckily my sandwich had already been given to the 3rd employee who seemed to have been told what customer serviceactually is. Wish I could commend him on making me feel like I was a customer and not an inconvenience. On top of that I walkedinto a quiet store, I spoke first offering hellos, and then still stood in silence for what felt like an eternity before beinghelped. Trying Potbelly for the first time. Got Mama's Meatball sandwich (big size) and a cup of Brocolli Cheddar Soup. It was a... little different than other sandwich shops in that you do not see them dressing the sandwich, but you still can customize it. Sandwich was good and soup was tasty and hot. Dining area seemed nice-looking but the booth where I wanted to sit was dirty sothat was disappointing. Overall, good experience. Read more
First time! I got the Mediterranean and well first off let me say I?ve never had a sandwich with hummus and I think I?ve been... missing something in my sandwich journey and who would have known it was hummus! Texture is nice and crispy but not to crispy,packed with rich flavors and omg the cucumber was a genius idea! I need to come back cause that A wreck needs to be tried! Read more
