Good food. Reasonable airport prices. You can still use a card or cash at the counter like a real person rather than be a slave... to the robots as most restaurants are set up in the terminals. The salad was a proper meal size, well made and fresh. Thesandwich was delicious. The choc shake was exactly what I needed after a long day. The staff were friendly and efficient. Thanksguys! What a treat! I find this sandwich shop in the Houston airport. Excellent food! I ordered the ?Wreck? which had multiple meats... on it. The employees encouraged me to buy the cookies. Flew in from Guatemala and had to get through Customs, immigration, and TSA security. I have just recently discovered Pot Belly... Restaurant and their sandwiches and really love them, so I was so excited to get there and get a sanwich after my internationalflight. I got there at 8:06 and they had just closed. I explained my situation and begged them to make a sandwich for me, evenif it was cold. I had bypassed so many other places just to get to Pot Belly. The guy there just looked at me and said "Nope. Sorry Dude". I understand it was closed, but little things sometime go a very long way. I asked repeatedly and he just had asmug look on his face and had no mercy at all. By the way, I was traveling back through IAH on Monday night, August, 15th,2022 I travel full time for my business. I WAS planning on making your restaurant a regular stop anytime I am going throughIAH...but not anymore. Because of that one experience I am crossing you off my future list and will never go to your storeagain. You had the chance to secure my regular and future business and because of that one selfish decision from a lazyemployee, you have lost any future business. I will go elsewhere. Did not eat but stood in like for 15 minutes (roughly) to order a shake. Signs everywhere say order shake now. On the menu... everywhere. When I got to the order the counter was told "we are not doing shakes right now" not sure if that means forever thenext 5 minutes or just did not want to make one. Would be great to be out a sign. IAH POTBELLY'S TERMINAL C I ordered two bowls of soup. Broccoli Cheddar and Pot Pie Soup. The Pot Pie Soup was spoiled. I... ordered from here all the time. But the Chicken Pot Pie was horrible. I should have know it was spoiled from the smell. It wasmore liquid than anything. A few shredded pieces of carrots corn and some skittles size chicken pieces. I'm starting off with 5 stars for the food. The sandwich was excellent! I had the Mediterranean. Eight inch sub with extra... pickles on it. I loved the spiciness of the humus. The overall quality was very good and trying to find a semi-healthy oraffordable food in an airport can be hard at times. The service was okay. I had a total of five minutes to wait from waiting inline to ordering and receiving my food. I didn't run into any issues with the employee's as other have. Read more

Lots of people who were working and bough there were lines, the moves quickly. I tried the flat bread for the first time and was... thoroughly impressed. I gave 4 stars because it is a typical chain but service was good. 5 Stars is for places who are trulyincredible. I would eat here again if in Houston. Read more
