Always a nice place to eat lunch, the food is great and staff are always friendly. I also enjoy the cold A/C.
Went there last Sunday around 2:00/3:00 pm and the place was completely empty. Even though the place was not busy, the staff (2... at that time) were not welcoming and I almost felt like one of them was bothered. No greetings and I was wandering in the lobbyto see who'd take the order. I took couple of hungry kids there and had some questions about the food and options and hisanswer was more like I should have known that already!! Absolutely rude and unwelcoming. Love Potbelly?s. Sandwiches are good, and affordable. I love all the options too. Their shakes and cookies- soooo good.
This was definitely a pleasant surprise! My wife and I stopped in on Friday while on our way to do some last minute shopping.... They weren't busy so we were served quickly. While the food was delicious, the guys making the sandwiches weren't verypersonable. The greeting was rather drab and they didn't seem excited about serving customers. The food was so great that westopped by again on the way home and the service was kinda the same- sort of drab. Read more

The sandwich was okay. Nothing special and their menu is not updated on their website. This place was just okay.
Start with the good: shakes are delicious. Grilled chicken with cheddar cheese sandwich was bland though. I had to add a bit of... salt to make the avocado stand out, which I never do at restaurants considering most are plenty salted. It was clean and easy tofind. It's a nice location. My wife states the salads are good. I would rate this place a 3.5 since the price does not match thequality. Read more
