Usually never have a problem here, but service was horrible. Was told my mobile order just left after pulling up to the window.... After telling them well it was my order and clearly I wasn't given it the girl at the window just kept repeating that my orderjust left. Don't see why I have to debate with them about their mistake. Cashier had jewelry on her fingers , while drinking Starbucks at the register, then going over the chicken and placing it in the... box. I ask Ana the manager why does she have on jewelry while preparing food that causes physical contamination. She stated longas no diamonds are in the rings she can wear them. Thank goodness they food is good. I got to the restaurant and there was a guy waiting on his online order. When I ordered mine... from home, it states your food will be ready when you get here. NO. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to make my food. Theyguy that was already here was still waiting when I finally got my food. In that time a guy from grubhub was waiting forever aswell. In the last 5 minutes i was there, grubhub guy still had not been addressed, no 'hello' or 'we will be right with you. Thepeople behind the counter were less than friendly. The service is horrible....walked in with 1 person infront of me. My online order was supposed to be ready at 8:11 I didn't... leave there until 8:40. The cashier was taking orders fixing orders making biscuits buttering biscuits I mean everything excepttaking care if the customers in the lobby. Glad to stop by this location since I'd been waiting for it to open for several weeks, when I first saw the new building. Got a... sandwich and tenders with green beans. The food was good quality Popeyes food. Service was quick and friendly. I forgot toask for sauce, so it would have been nice if they had asked me if I had wanted any sauce. Read more
Don't know what has happened to Popeye's Chicken I used to love their chicken restaurants. The taste of the chicken has changed... for the worst, the price is more expensive and the customer service at the drive out is bad. Read more
