I'm sorry I can't even give this particular restaurant one star. The customer service was horrible. Two workers can be heard... playing over the intercom in the drive thru......a young male employee asked, "How may I help you"? I then preceded to order,hethen pretended that he couldn't hear me. I drove around and told the young female employee what happened.....her next wordswere, "So what do you want?"Save your money and time and go to a different restaurant that offers the exact opposite of whatthey offer......which is great customer service. My real issue here is with the mobile app. Several times now I have made an order and then when I get to the restaurant they are... out of something. No way to refund my item at the restaurant, only contacting the corporate customer service. Food was veryfresh but it was a long wait with no explanation. Read more

Horrible service. Called to speak to management about employees in drive through on 6/14/22 @ 3:09pm and the same drive through... employee answered the phone and said management was busy. We offered to wait for them, and he hung up the phone. You guys misseda customer about to spend a minimum of 80 dollars. All other Popeyes fans avoid this restaurant at all cost.
