I'm sorry I can't even give this particular restaurant one star. The customer service was horrible. Two workers can be heard... playing over the intercom in the drive thru......a young male employee asked, "How may I help you"? I then preceded to order,hethen pretended that he couldn't hear me. I drove around and told the young female employee what happened.....her next wordswere, "So what do you want?"Save your money and time and go to a different restaurant that offers the exact opposite of whatthey offer......which is great customer service. I tried to contact the manager of the store via telephone and the same youngman that was in the drive thru, hung the phone up in my face. Read more

Horrible service. Called to speak to management about employees in drive through on 6/14/22 @ 3:09pm and the same drive through... employee answered the phone and said management was busy. We offered to wait for them, and he hung up the phone. You guys misseda customer about to spend a minimum of 80 dollars. All other Popeyes fans avoid this restaurant at all cost.
