The food is good and the service is ok. Glad this location opened because the one by my apartment had completely gone down hill.
Came right near closing time but they didn?t have much food left. The staff cooked a fresh batch before closing time. I didn?t... expect them to but super grateful they did. So far BEST Popeyes location because of the staff! Read more
DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WANTING TO WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD. Came here for the first time 11/23 never going back. I went to... the drive through for two simple meals the guy who took my order was so sweet! He told me to park around the front & wait for myorder so I did I drove around started seeing three cars ahead of me. I waited patiently until 15 mins passed by there was othercars besides the three I saw waiting for there food. All I could see was another young guy running around the parking lotlooking for the car that had ordered food that he had in his hand. Two young boys at different times, who work there came by mywindow & asked me what was it that I ordered.. I repeat myself. & the waiting game continues again I was there 30mins waitingfor my food. Once I get my order, I didn?t even get a sorry for the wait as someone respectfully should?ve done. Ugh the worstthing is I had to step out of my car get down in the cold to get my sauce that they forgot to add I didn?t even get ketchup orhoney (noticed when I got home) the inside of the place is gorgeous, still smells new but they have so many teens workingthere.. I did not see no adult there at the front (where you can see them take orders) I saw so many people so many people on aTuesday night inside the store WAITING FOR THERE FOOD. When I got home my food was not HOT like I expect it too since I wasthere waiting for a long time I expected my food hot and fresh my drink was practically water because of the ice. I went to this location for convenience and not because they are professional or have great customer service. The place has the... worst customer service, just because your are Hispanic doesn?t excuse from service of quality to all kinds. Also if someonespend any type of money with you, you should accompany them with any condiments they like. I will not be returning to thislocation NEVER! If I can give it ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! The new blackened chicken sandwich was beyond excellent! The service, lacking. When ordering a combo meal with mashed potatoes,... a spork would be a great thing to include in the bag. When ordering fries...it would be great to include those IN the bag, aswell. Upon going back inside (we went through the drive-thru) the guy who should've included said items seemed very aloof anddetached whilst getting the fries that weren't included. Oh, well... thankfully, the chicken sandwich was a hit. The apple pieswere yummy, as they always are. Read more
