This is a relatively new clean store. However, they where out of cajun rice, and ice for cokes and ice tea. They where also out... of cooked drumsticks, breasts and thighs. Also, I had to wait for twenty minutes for my chicken order to be sent out. Read more

I had been eating at this place once a week for months. I had given them a good review in the past. Today when I ordered the... same thing they still didn't know what it was that I was ordering. I told him it was for here like it always is. They stuck itin a bag rather than on a tray. I told her I wanted it for here. She pushed the bag at me. I said ma'am I want it on a tray. ShePicked up a tray and she shoved the tray at me. And then walked away. I told her her attitude sucked and that I don't want to betreated like a second-rate customer after I've already given you guys a good review. She completely ignored me and walked away.It then turned into a battle she told me if I don't like it don't come back. So no I guess I won't come back. And I neverbothered call corporate for these types of situations in Houston because they don't care at any of these chains anymore.Unfortunately nad customer service is nothing new. Read more
Poor customer service. Needs re-training. In addition, missing side order and the chicken sandwich was the saddest. The buns... were dark, the chicken filet was small, and no pickles. There was no one in the drive thru lane ahead or behind me, so noexcuse. Never had an issue during the weekdays, so will stick with ordering there on those days. Read more
So I waited in line on a Tuesday the line was super long but I patiently waited however, when I got to the speaker no one said... anything I said hello and still no one said anything so as the traffic moved forward so did I when I reached the window theyoung man started asking me did I have a chicken sandwich I stated to him that no one took my order at the speaker so heapologized and then the manager came to the window and told me that she couldn't take my ordrer at the window because her linewas too long and that the cars behind me waited patiently and I would have to get back in line to place my order at the speaker.I stated to her that I patiently waited in this long line and that it was not my fault that nobody took my order she said shewas not going to take my order at the window and asked me to pull from in front of the window so that the other cars could gettheir food. HOW RUDE so I sat there and called the Cooperate office while she kept talking I let the window up. Needless to saythey lost my business last night I will not return. Read more
