I ordered a 2 pc, coleslaw, red beans and rice and Mac n cheese. The sides were very good. The chicken was a little overcooked... and extremely hot. So much so that I had to wait until it cooled down so it wouldn't burn my mouth. Read more

I originally had an issue with an omline order and after a while I managed it to get refunded. Big thank you to the online... customer service rep I had for making it very quick and easy to get a refund. During this confusion where my online order didntcome through on their system, the manager had a slight attitude. What made me upset was immediately after, I re-placed my orderin store. I ordered 2 sandwiches and one was a large combo and the side was supposed to be mashed potatoes and I got fries. Myreceipt literally shows mashed potatoes but in my bag I received large fries. Disgusting. I ordered an apple pie here and halfway through it there was something in it. There was a fingernail inside the... apple pie ????. It?s disgusting how these employees don?t wear gloves while preparing the food, especially with a globalpandemic going on. I?m disappointed and never eating here again. Read more
