I went through the drive through I wanted 1 spicy chicken sandwich no pickles in the surf in turf combo. And 1 regular chicken... sandwich no pickles combo. Both sandwichs were regular with pickles. I ordered an 11 piece mixed 2 biscuits and 1 red beans ricelarge. I order the bread and Ben's and rice at the window. Never got the rice and beans, the chicken came regular not spicy. Thetall cashier with the pink flip phone case took my payment then advised no reciepts paper tape. So I couldn't check my orderwas wrong up properly. I google the store number when I got home and called while I was working until I got off at 730 pm . Offand on no answer. So I wasted 45$, because no one here can eat pickles. ???? mind you the sandwich chicken patty was cool aswell, not warm. Or hot. they are exceptional here and they can cook it just the way Popeyes does. I went to one in corpus Christi where nothing but... border crossing Mexican worked and it was horrible. I think they may have cooked the chicken up with a little dirt and fleeingthe country sause. Read more
Slowest Popeyes in Houston. Sometimes I have to wait 30 or 40 minutes when hardly no one is in line. They have you thinking no... one's in the Drive-Thru but they have all their customers pull up into the parking lot. I will avoid this Popeyes until theystop making people wait so long for food. I ordered 3 meals from there yesterday. The chicken was slightly undercooked. I was told to pull around from and wait 4 min on... apple pies. We waited about 20 minutes. And to top it off we got a few min down the street and I took the lid off my drink so Icould eat the ice as I always do a there was a dead bug stuck to the inside of my cup. I drive back to the drive through windowand show it to the girl working thr window. she says ok and takes it from me and starts making q new drink like no big deal. Ithen asked for a manager. The gentleman offered to refund one meal and apologized. Meanwhile for the next hour I was nauseousbecause I just ate nasty food that wasnt even cooked as thoroughly as I would have liked it to be. I was very hungry so I pickedmostly the crust off the strips and ate the side of potatoes just to find out that I washed it down with a drink that had a bugin it. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Read more
The Manager (a blk woman with braids) has the worst customer service skills. I come here a couple times per week and she?s... always on her phone and never greets me. Every other team member here is excellent. This franchise really needs to rethink whothey have as a Manager because I see several employees who could make a better one than her. Read more
My experience was very heart felt. I arrived on a busy night the staff seemed to be overwhelmed kind of all over the place. A... lady by the name of Kayla Rae was incredibly sweet. Although a little stressed she made sure my order was precise and FRESH.Kayla Rae had the best attitude and she was courteous. I wish her the best with anything she does seriously. Popeyes has a greatGem on their team ! I will definitely return only because of the great service Kayla Rae rendered. After observation, my onlysuggestion would be to wear mask and wash hands frequently after touching surfaces outside of food. Read more
Okay I don?t know about everybody else experience or if they are getting better with time but, my Popeyes dinner was so fresh... and they were so nice to me in the drive through. My I ordered a two piece spicy white meat only combo and everything I had wasfresh. I will be coming back to this Popeyes only. I?m wishing peace upon the staff at Popeyes I hope that they do not getoverworked because fast food is overwhelming sometimes. Read more
