sporadic chicken quality, but absolutely guaranteed personnel here will gladly and arrogantly disappoint you every time! At... least something here is consistent! well, that?s not fair, some of the newer employees are not as infected with the don?t careabout the client attitude. But any special request will get the manager to the front counter or window with a quick no, youcan?t have that it?s not something we do. Food was good. But the drive-thru ordering part doesn't have a roof over it, meaning when it rains, it pours inside your car... since you have to roll your windows down to order. Horrible for a place that rains as frequently as Houston. Read more
Worst appetite killer EVER!! Tried to dine in at this location today. First off I ordered the butterfly shrimp combo. Before I... could fill my cup with soda, they were giving my daughter our order. The shrimp looked like they should have been throwed awayhours ago. The Cajun rice was cold, biscuits not fresh, beignets was hard and not served hot. They fixed me some fresh shrimp.As we sat down to eat it was very uncomfortable. I don't think the A.C. was on in the dining area! I decided after 3. 2 secsthis was a total $20 WASTE!! Chicken sandwich with Megan's sweet and spicy sauce (omg so good!), Red beans & Rice, Homestyle Mac & Cheese, and the BEST apple... pie (was supposed to be blackberry cheesecake, but they were out)... Absolutely fantastic! I can't wait to do that whole mealall over again! So freaking GOOD Restaurant was clean and service was excellent. I ordered ahead online and it was ready when Igot there. Typical Popeyes. Long lines. Mediocre food. On a Thursday night I waited in line 20 minutes. When I received my food it wasn?t... fresh. I don?t understand how when there was a line in front of and behind me. When I pulled up to the window to pay/receive myfood the employees were aggressively mopping the floors underneath the counter where the food was being prepared and boxed.Dirty mop water was splashing everywhere which is disgusting. The restaurant had a terrible odor I could smell through likewindow like there was a grease fire inside. Never again. Read more
They serve old and dry chickens with fresh chicken. I ordered 2 order of Tuesday, special. Two was so dry and it was hard to... eat. When I went back to show them The manager was focusing on where is my recipe and he only replaced 2 chicken rather thanapologizing and serve me fresh chicken!! !! Also the biscuit was too hard to eat. !!!! Never going back there. They are focusingtoo much on food cost than serving fresh food!! That?s not good. Very very disappointed!! Read more
