i went there yesterday 11/03/22 Leticia helped me but was very rude.I told her my whole order,she then had the audacity to ask... me to repeat myself because instead of paying attention she was staring out the window. To top it off there was no spicy whitemeat. Ok,understandable but dont make it seem like im bothering you WHEN U CHOSE THIS JOB!! Everytime I visit this Popeyes, I get great customer service and fresh and hot chicken. The GM Ms. Michelle cares about her... employees and the customers. Ms. Patrica is a awesome team member. She greeted me upon entering, repeated my order and madesure it was correct when packaged. She clearly cares about the customers experience and her professionalism. Good job team. I'll keep coming to this location because of the good treatment and good food! Thank you for caring! Read more
Amazing service! The staff and manager were all friendly! The food was hot and fresh! And this may be weird to review but the... fountain sprite was carbonated just right! I would recommend trying this location and I will definitely be returning. Read more
I try not to write reviews unless I have an extremely terrible or great experience. By far the worst Popeyes I?ve ever had. The... employees all seemed incompetent and distracted.. I waited 30+ minutes just for them to come out and ask my what I hadordered. When I returned home with my order, the food was extremely cold and dry, along with two items missing. Staff has ZERO customer service skills. Talk over you, interrupt you while you?re still ordering. Can?t finish simple sentences... without being rushed with mumbled short replies. Thinking how are you LOUD but still mumble? Dismissive and inhospitable. I getit?s fast food, I?ve worked in food service. If you hate your life and your job do something to change it. Ordered my food online, had to wait 15 extra minutes, they couldn't find it. Then the macaroni was not..... It look greasy and... gross with no cheese. At least my sandwich was good. Fries over cooked and tea bland. Read more
