A very unpleasant location. I've been here a few times, before it was always just tolerable, but this last visit has been... unbelievable. This visit we ordered and dined inside the restaurant. Placing our order was a struggle in itself. Afterunnecessary hassle, we then had to wait as the cashier appeared to have difficulty functioning the device for placing orders.The next problem faced us when we were giving our drinks. There was an extra drink, which we were charged for. When asked aboutit, she flippantly just said something along the lines of "sure, this is yours". We grabbed our drinks and sat at a table as wewaited for our order. Time moved on and we waited and waited.... And waited. Customer after customer received their ordersbefore we did, customers that were coming in much later than us. As we waited we observed disturbing activity in the kitchen. Aworker had finished his break and returned to the kitchen. He began sneezing repeatedly. Then he cleaned his nose with a papertowel. Without washing his hands or at least wiping them down, he then began using the utensils to cook the chicken. Later wewent to the counter because we thought our food was ready. The cashier explained it was another customer's. Then she told ussomething about waiting ten (10) minutes. Ten minutes for what? We didn't order anything special that would cause that.Especially since it had already been a good deal of time. Eventually after waiting for around thirty (30) minutes, our food wasready. We took our food to our table and found that the hot sauce packets were all stuck to each other, an odd clump. No doubtthis was from some sticky substance that they didn't even care to clean. Then as we ate our chicken, I pulled a piece apart andfound bloody pink and redness. I fully separated the portion with it, it was wet. So I placed an order to this location through the mobile app. I'm located 8 mins away from them so I didn't expect my food to be... as bad as it was today. Ordered an 11 piece MIXED, 2 large order of fries and a small smashed potatoes. What I got was an oldcold box of dark meat, 2 orders of cold fries thrown in a bag and mashed potatoes with a drink lid that spilled out. I calledand tried to explain to Leslie how disappointed I was about the food tat I bought for my employees and Leslie being a greatmanager that she was in not so many words pretty much said "oh well". She explained that she was directed by her superiors tojust give out dark meat since they are being shorted and that maybe if I wasn't so far away my food wouldn't be cold because themoment she gets the mobile order she bags it and set it on the counter... Great management training Popeyes! She then told meshe would replace my order and I told her I could not come back because I have a limited lunch break like we all do and she toldme that's too bad because "she works 8 days a week and never gets a break." The worst experience I?ve ever had at a Popeye?s. Incredibly rude manager to not just me, but everyone else who was in line.... Seems understaffed for obvious reasons. If you don?t know what you want to order yet don?t bother going in because you?ll beignored mid-order and will have to wait until they fulfill mobile orders before coming back to you 10 minutes later. Chicken wasn?t cooked well enough and the manage was extremely rude. Her name was Mireles. I?m definitely calling the corporate... line to report the experience. She would not refund me because she said the food was eaten which was a lie. Soon as I noticedthe meat was red I stopped eating! Read more

Customer service sucks. I placed my order with three different employees and they still got my order wrong. I've been going to... this location for over 6 years. Terrible how they charged me for an order that wasn't even mine. When I ask for the manager theysaid okay and never returned to the window. I asked for a receipt they gave me a hand written one saying they don't havereceipt.....I'm upset of the poor service given today. Wow 20.00 down the drain. ???????????? Read more

I placed my order online for 6 pieces of blackened chicken tenders, 2 sides and 2 biscuits. I didn?t check it up when I was... there. I went back home and found out. So I get there at 1236. Get my order taken at 1246. While waiting I see the kitchen staff take off running , I mean they where... gone. All of a sudden I hear the lady that took my order yelling in Spanish from BEHIND me to the lady that had an infant nextto me to come here. She did not know what was going on and I was like what the Houdini just happened. She was telling the ladywith the baby to come here in Spanish (I translated) meaning to go outside. THE KITCHEN WAS CATCHING ON FIRE! Started fillingup with smoke and I was like what the heck. Walked back to the door to try to make sense and then I see the same lady in thewindow handing me my drink and throws some chicken in a box and literally tells me that its my fault because of my order? (shemay have been playing, I don't know who she is). Throws a bag on top of the box and leaves. I was like what the heck, I want mymoney back. Kitchen smelled like plastic burning. So I left and called the corp office who got a hold of the manager, "Maria"who told me "you got you chicken and there was no smoke on the chicken so you are not getting your money back." I did not argueand told well I will call back corp and let them know. So I called back to the store to make sire that "Maria" is the managerand the same lady picked up. Read more
