I normally don't like to leave one star, but this location is ruining the reputation of the company and the company isn't doing... anything about it. I have been the owner of Inwood Postal , which is right across the street, for 3 years now, and I have beendissatisfied every time I walked through the doors. The workers do not understand customer service. I decided to see if therewere any improvements today and stopped by. There wasn't. There was a customer fighting to get her money back from horribleservice and she wasn't combative, but they said they couldn't refund her after giving her less than perfect service. As I waswaiting to order, the front counter worker was hiding behind the lemonade machine texting on her phone for quite some timebefore she decided to help me. After she took my order, she walked off and left two people behind me just waiting while shebacked up the drive through. ( I guess they can't multi-task) As a previous manager in fast food, I am not leaving this reviewas a customer, but as a food manager and the only thing I see working for this location is the cleanliness. If they don't doanything else, they clean and that's what the one start is for. Please adjust this popeys. I promise they are eliminating everyrace that doesn't look like them here. No service for African Americans, Caucasians , or Asians. They have eliminated half ofthe people that live over here by being extra courteous to their own and prejudice towards everyone else. I will not bestopping by until I see an improvement. That's a shame being that there are so many opportunities for income right across thestreet. No one likes them.
