The once great chain has lost touch with customers. The food is overpriced and is absent of the flavor it once had. The red... beans and rice are just salt and again overpriced for a side that's less than a half of a cup. The service is deplorable, theyoung man taking my order did not know anything and had to ask for help with simple questions. The location menu did not showany 2 or 3 piece options and I was told that they no longer sold those options (SMH). I will stop here and make it known that Iwould not recommend this place at all!! Rude and unprofessional manager. Not sure they intentionally did not included my order of LG Beans & Rice after driving several... mile and arriving to my work found out there were no B&R in my bag, two days later went back with my reciept requested forrefund the manager refused to give my money back she raised her voice asked me to leave ! her action and stealing from customersis un acceptable. Absolutely horrible service was in line for 15 minutes before I started asking what's gong on and the lady in front said she... been waiting for over 25 minutes so I had to go up the window myself and yell in to get someone to even answer ...I asked ifthey were serving people and they said that drive through was priority and the gust inside had to wait ....mind you there isfour workers behind the counter just walking around joking with each other and one was just walking around on there phone Inever wanted to contact a corporate office on a restaurant befor but this place is giving pope's the worst reputation ever forservice to there customewho.... What a waste! Service isn?t looking up for this location the chances of you receiving quality from this kitchen are slim. I knew... better? I was hungry and desperate so I stopped. As soon as I open my box the wings were so dry they were dark and hard but warmto the touch. The biscuit was hard and dry as well. Worst experience I've ever had today at this location and I've lived and own a business a mile from here for over 40 years. Lady... at the window did not take my order correctly and refused to make it right, then the manager came over and told her to correct 1item and refused to sell me the rest of my order she did not charge for and said i had to go order at the speaker again, notvery happy at the very apparent racist treatment I received, i pulled back to the speaker anyhow to get my two biscuits for mymeals and the manager said she was refusing to help me. I'm telling you that anyone as rude and racist like that would not haveany place at my business working for me and I really dont think Popeyes would either if they saw this lady's attitude towards acustomer. That location is short handed seeing the manager was cooking but the attitude is most likely the reason behind theshort staff along with the Hispanic woman working the window , I could not tell if she was trying to be very rude or scared ofover stepping the manager.
