This restaurant has really poor service. You will have to wait in line for 30 minutes or more. The drive through Clerk takes... only one order at a time. He will not talk to you at the order speaker until the previous car has gotten their food and left therestaurant. Read more
Came through at 10:15pm on Oct 8th (45 mins before closing). Waited 30 mins for RAW chicken nuggets. The sandwiches were also... RAW in the middle. This is a health hazard. The staff were extremely rude / slow. Avoid this location! Read more
Food was excellent. The restaurant is exceptionally clean from the food prep area to the dining area. One of the cleanest... Popeyes I've ever visited. The manager was very nice, polite and professional. The employees were polite and nice as well. Thisis now my Popeyes restaurant of choice - 290 feeder road between Jones Road and West Road. Mr. Green and his team are the best. They were so helpful, kind, and polite. I had a large order that came out to about $70 (was... buying lunch for co-workers). I felt so bad because I tried to order through drive through and got anxious because of how big myorder was. Ended up going inside to explain what happened and started my to-go over. This location has become my favorite thanks to the store manager. He is by far one of the best ones I?ve met in a while. He is... always so polite with everyone, and greets everyone with a smile. 1st and last time going to this location !! I I ordered a 3 wing combo and I received 2 things and a breast!! It?s my fault for... not checking, but I?ve never had any bad Popeyes experience so I didn?t think to check the food! I?m so angry!! Crazy part isthey weren?t busy at all! I ordered chicken, red beans and rice, Cajun fries, biscuits, a large sweet tea and a coke. I sat the bag on the passenger seat... and it never moved. When I got home and opened the bag, the beans and rice had spilled all over the bottom of the bag. I wasso upset because the bottom of the chicken box was soaked all because the lid on the beans wasn't properly placed on thecontainer. I spent $27.33 on this dinner that was ruined. So I opened a can on Boston Baked Beans since the red bed beans andrice had wasted everywhere. My visit at Popeyes was so dissatisfied and disappointing. Plus I waited in the drive thru alongtime. What IS it with Popeyes and their inability to get an admittedly simple and not very large order correct? I have several coupons... for a "2 Can Dine" meal. Among other things, this meal comes with 2 biscuits. I consistently have asked for 2 additionalbiscuits to be included with the meal??an otherwise minor add-on to the order. FIVE visits in a row (I would go there once perweek or once every 2 weeks), the additional 2 biscuits were not included in the bag, even though I was charged for them and paidfor them, as the receipt indicated. Sometimes I caught the error before I drove off, while 3 of the 5 times I didn't catch themistake until I got home, at which time it was too late to do anything about it, other than call to complain. Unfortunately,THAT hasn't done anything. When I call to complain, they ask me my name and tell me they will put it on a list so that the nexttime I go there, I can get 2 free biscuits to make up for their mistake. The problem with that is that more than once I was metwith disbelief on the part of a Popeyes employee, and why one might ask? Because they didn't have any record or proof that I hadpaid for items I did not receive. In other words, I ended up on the losing end of all this. And these are the folks who aredemanding $15/hour or more for their pay? If you consistently cannot correctly do your job, why should you have your hourly payincreased? ???? Read more
