Wow oh man? I LOVE Popeyes. NOT this location. I ended up tossing my order I. The garbage. Couldn?t eat it. Chick was so over... cooked. Fry cook must have had it in the fryer for hours!!! Or, re cooked it five or six times to keep it hot. Yeah, Iknow! People?. Save your money. Put this location out of business and eat at Hippo Burger if you just have to eat right now. I went and got 2 special. Got back to work it was only 1 special. I know they put it all in one bag on Tuesday but I should have... check throughout. NOW that messed up, everything is expensive, so if I pay u what you're asking, I'm expecting the PRODUCT IPAID FOR. Read more

Worst location to go to during rush hours. They don't care about Online or In-App order. You can order your food one hour ahead... and still have to get in line, wait for your turn, tell them your order, then wait for your food. They make it so inconveniencethat totally defeats the purpose of order ahead. It happens every times, to everyone. If it's not close by me, I woulddefinitely go to a different location instead. I wished I would've took a picture of my food before I returned it. I've never in my life had food just thrown so sloppy in a... bag, presentation is everything!!! Plus my beans and rice was missing. However, the worst part is when I went back with myreceipt to ask for a refund. I asked this lady at the register for a refund, she claimed she didn't know how to do refunds so Iasked for the manager. She then stated she is the manager. How are you the manager and NOT know how to give a refund?!?!?Refunds are part of training, it's part of your job. She was mad and didn't want to give me a refund. I asked for the corporatenumber and she said she didn't know it. I Goggled the number and this woman goes to help anorher customer. REALLY?? No ma'am,you will not ignore me. She was rude, unprofessional, not helpful, not courteous and never apologized for my food being thrownuncovered in the bag. The food looked dry and way too crispy and some of it was even missing. I don't know who she called orwhat was said because she started talking in Spanish. She ended up giving me a refund but she definitely didnt want to and madethat very clear by her horrible attitude. Then I asked for my receipt and she stated that she couldn't give it tome....REALLY!!!! She didn't want to give me my receipt back because it has the store number on it ( store 11686) but I left witha copy of the receipt anyway. A paying customer should never have to repeatedly ask for a refund. A paying customer should neverleave without being given their receipt. A paying customer should always be given great service and everything that they paidfor. This location is horrible! The food is sloppy and the customer service is worse! My experience was very unpleasant and Iwill NEVER return. I did file a complaint against that location. Please go to another location where your food and money isvalued. Read more

My husband went to this location today at 2:24pm, he order a 16 piece box mild mixed. And ended up with 2 boxes 16 pieces in the... 2 boxes all thighs and all breast.... no legs, no wings for almost $25.00 are you serious. Always a problem at this location I'mdoing a survey on this location. I been calling them for a hour now and no dam answer???? Read more

I ordered the new product ghost pepper spicy chicken wing 24 pieces. It suppose to be spicy. However, when I got home and tasted... one, it just taste like their regular ones. Not even a little spicy. I asked two of my friends to taste it, they said the samething. I thought they might grabbed the wrong ones so I called, the lady said no they didn?t grab the wrong one, these is how itsuppose to taste like. I said I can bring it back right now and they can taste it, it is definitely not the new products. I atethe regular chicken wings a lot, I know what regular wings taste like. She just said I can go talk to their manager tomorrow.BTW they didn?t give me receipt. This is my last time spend my penny at Popeyes. Read more
