Will never go here again, my family and I dine in here earlier today because of 2 piece Tuesday. This Popeyes don't do the 2... piece Tuesday special, so we ordered something else, my son needed to used the bathroom and they said they don't have bathroomservice for customers, so I was upset and left this restaurant, everything was wrong about this restaurant the food was????????but service and atmosphere was all wrong if I can rate this restaurant a zero I would've ???????? So today I was very hungry and going about my day and then I saw popeyes chicken I love chicken because I?m black so I went to... go buy some chicken and I really enjoyed it 10/10 it really made my day feel good and great about myself and my well being. Ordered online some shrimps and banana cake went to pick at drive thru no one answered on the speaker even when I said HELLO,... took like 10 minutes there waiting? so I decided to go inside just to be told that they didn?t had no shrimps and no bananacake, and I have to call to request my refund back because it was an online order overall I?m not likely to come back and orderfrom this Popeyes or order online in Popeyes since I was not treated with more professional or courteous manner since thebeginning. They told me I couldn't use the restroom because it has been broken for 3 months even though I saw a guy walk out right before I... wanted to go in. Then they rolled their eyes at me when I asked why that other guy got to go in and I couldn't. They serve foodand have a sit down dinning area. We waited on the drive thru for 7 minutes for someone to take our order. I kept saying hello, hello, but nothing. We even... thought they might have been closed and decided to just go to another one, as I kept driving through I noticed there was someoneworking the window so I drove to it. Asked it the intercom was not working, the older lady working said it was working but itwas just her working (there was another person working too I could see). She could have just said it will be a few min on theintercom if she was that busy but there was no communication. I placed my order at the window. She was not in a good mood atall. Read more
