So yesterday on 09/01/22 I went through the drive-thru and place my order. When I drove to the window, the little girl that was... serving me was very rude and had zero customer service skills. You didn?t see my order in the system ok? but accusing me of justdrive up to the window to place my order was crazy and talking rude to me when it was somebody in the damn restaurant fault wasmad disrespectful. Absolutely terrible service. To start I placed my order via the app and proceeded to the drive through. Not only did Aida(I... believe that?s her name) and her associates serve me cold food but, she seemed to have an attitude when I pointed out theirwrongdoing. After being served cold food and being made to wait an additional 10 minutes, I get home to the garbage you seepictured. The PIECE of chicken breast they served on my spicy chicken sandwich was disgusting and undercooked. It was mostlydough ???? and clearly a piece cut off of another piece of meat.
