This was the MOST disappointing visit I have had here at this location by far!!! Not enough people working and they were FAR... MORE concerned with the drive thru than the lobby customers that were standing in front of them! I got there at 1325 and wasFINALLY walking out at 1355! Leaving me 5 min to get downtown and back to work. I should have just stayed in the drive thru Isuppose. Lackluster visit to say the least. Read more

We placed our order on the app and it still took them 25 minutes to make. The max and cheese was disgusting. The biscuits were... hard and they gave us regular chicken instead of spicy. Not to mention the workers were acting ghetto as in talking ugly andloud. Read more

I completely understand if it takes longer when a restaurant is understaffed BUT this place was fully staffed. I saw lots of... people working but it took 4EVER to get the food. The drive through line was SLOW. It's like it took 15 minutes per car. Andwhen we finally got up to pay and get our food, the guy was very rude and unapologetic. I mean, you're already mad that you'rewaiting a long time for your food, but to have someone be rude to you and not even apologize for how long it took to get thefood, made the whole experience horrible. I will never ever, ever go to this Popeyes. And then when you got the food it didn'ttaste good. Therefore, one star. If I could give less than that, I would because I've been to better Popeyes and neverexperienced this before. Read more

Take your money elsewhere. They always run out of food and it was lunch time. Speaker is never working, and when it is you... literally have to wait a good 5/10 min before your even acknowledge. Read more

*Do not come to this location* Starting with the speaker not working for months. Honestly I give it 0 stars. But I have to put... one. Putting it plainly. This store needs a cleanup in staff. Every single employee needs to be either fired or moved to adifferent area. No customer service, they don't know their own specials. Upcharge customers even with the "Code". They don'thave this, they don't have that, they don't have anything. Either close the location down or swap the crew including the manageror Corporate needs to step it up. They close at 10 and doors are locked at 8pm or sooner? This is coming from a former Generalmanager. Read more

Horrible service. Placed an order in the app and when I went to pick up my order it wasn't ready. I was told it would be 13... minutes but than it turned into an hour just to be told they were out of what I ordered. Everyone there looked like they didn'twant to be there. This store needs better training including management. The franchise owner needs to do something about thisstore or shut it down. Waste of my time and money. Even though I got a refund, I have to wait 5 to 7 days before its refunded.Please do not waste your time or money with this Popeyes. Read more

Yesterday me and my family decided to go to Popeye's late last night. They were out of a lot of things however, the customer... service was very good. We went for a chicken sandwich but to our dismay they were out of them. My daughter was a bitdisappointed and was forced to go somewhere else. Making us use additional gas. Geeze!!! I got a frozen lemonade I think it wasa bit too sweet for me personally. I went for the three wings of biscuit combo. The wings were a bit on the greasy side. Iwasn't too happy but I had to eat I was hungry. Nor did we like the fact that we had to wait in that line a very long time.For us not to get what we went for. I guess the machine with the microphone to take orders was broken. They advised us to goup in the line and they would get our order at the window That didn't work out good for us they were out of a lot of menuitems. Overall the customer service was very good I like that and probably just on that I might visit again it'sconvenient. It's in my neighborhood so yeah I probably will. I came through drive thru and order the 11 piece bundle, and when I got home to eat my food; my chicken was cold! I came... therefore I don't have to cook, and end up having to put what supposed to be HOT chicken in the microwave. The rice in the redbeans and rice were undercooked! I tried calling when I got home and got no answer, I also tried this morning and no answer. Iwill not recommend anyone to come to this location! The phone just ring and ring, I'm so mad on how people at WORK served coldchicken and not care to check it before serving it! Read more
