Food is great, people that work there are always moving super fast, however some customers are to say the least awful. I been... there more than a few times and there?s always rude people trying to get their orders right rushing the workers and trying toget food for free. I hope workers know they can refuse service. Very rude manager. Has some kind of attitude issues and yells at customers for them to get thier orders instead if calling out... the ticket number. Hes all laughs with the staff but doesn't smile at customers. Read more

We alway come here and never had a problem but when new management come everything different which is understandable. The food... is very very delicious but there customer service could use work. I love the mac and cheese I put it on the biscuits to addflavor and it amazing.We had coupons but for some reason they said we weren't able to just have legs and thights only we had tohave mix like wings or breast. The coupons were send by the company but is there really point of the coupons if you can't havethe chicken the way you want to? The coupons are money saver but for what price. It has amazing food but customer service couldbe better at this place.Also forgot the manager was trying to be sneaky and told us we can have all dark and pack our meal withmix so check your chicken and food before you go. Terrible customer service. I stated my orders to the manager twice and she had my order incorrect. The fact she repeated it to... me and still got it wrong is confusing to me. Once I went back to correct my order I spoke to another lady and had to repeat thesame thing 2x to her. They were rude and very unprofessional. Chicken was disgusting as well. Popeyes is great no question but the location on imperial valley sucks the manager is super rude and she's always making faces... towards customers when they make a mistake and has the nerve to speak to the customer in a very rude manner and the customerpoints it out to have the issue resolved. She needs some serious training to fix her issues or she needs to find a new line ofwork because customer service is not for her. Read more
