I am HIGHLY dissatisfied, the night crew?they seem to not take their job serious. Sound like a bunch of playing instead of... getting orders together from through the broke drive through window especially with that long line they had backed up! I askedfor FRESH biscuits and STILL got hard ones. One of them even looked uncooked. Then what got me is this lady gave a LARGEcontainer with just enough gravy for one biscuit and I had SIX, like I could have paid for my gravy to get my money worth!!! Butinstead she gave it for free and it was just pitiful on how she filled that large container with that LITTLE gravy. These peopleneed to be retrained or just not work their at all. Cleanliness and customer service aren't their high points. Don't go in late because the biscuits are like hockey pucks and the... chicken is dried out. They have 1 employee that handles money, scratches his body, and then will touch your food. Read more
I only go to this location because it?s close to home for me. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes mad hot and fresh. The other... times it?s cold. Also they have a tendency to forget your items if you order through mobile. Read more

I can?t give 3.5 stars and won?t give 4, so 3 it is for today. I arrived in the drive thru at 11:15 AM for an early lunch. The... drive-thru service was very good. The order taker was polite and accommodating with the sauce request. I figured being thatearly, the food would be fresh and piping hot. Unfortunately, the chicken strips were chewy, very low temperature and not veryflavorful. I got the box with both spicy and regular. The cajun fries were okay. The biscuit was like a hockey puck. I never eatthe biscuit anyway, but for those of you who love them, just know it may be old. I think I got one that was at least two daysold. The coleslaw was the best part of the meal, but my concern is if it was truly fresh. The lid had a tiny ?X? on it, as if itwas a notation for the servers to get rid of it before the truly fresh containers. Just a hunch. What a disappointment to have acraving and that craving not be fulfilled. Read more
