I ordered my food using the app. The ordering process was easy. When I got to the store, I told them I had a mobile order and... they told me to drive up to the window. I drove up to the window and they hadn't even started the order yet. I waited out frontfor several minutes, mind you it took me 20 minutes to get there due to traffic. Just could use a little tweak to their process,otherwise everything worked the way it should. Food was good as always. Read more
Tried the chicken sandwich and it was okay no complaints about it. Was a little disappointed the napkins holder were empty.... Most of the soda options weren?t available. And when I was getting ready to go the trash can was completely full so I just laidthe tray next to it. Read more
Never had try tender from Popeyes till today my friend took me there and I ordered combo four spicy chicken tenders Cajun... fries and frozen lemonade that make my day and blow my mind maria and Cathy was so friendly they big smile there so happytender was fresh hot the fries was hot. Extremely disappointed! I got a family pack, I got charged a dollar extra because I asked for macaroni and cheese for both of... my large sides, then I got the macaroni and cheese and the containers were only half full. See the pictures. Half of themacaroni and cheese and container was so hard you couldn't even eat it. I don't know if this location or all the Popeyes arepulling this stunt now. Read more
Ordered the spicy tender dinner. The size of the tenders were more like nuggets but that's not the bad part. Ordered right when... they opened and I am pretty sure we were served yesterday's left overs. The chicken was very rubbery, unlike any Popeyes I'veever had before. Update: Contacted corporate and they said they would have the store contact me, that was nearly 2 months agoand nothing. This seems to be a trend with most places, pretty sure the days of good customer service are gone. Read more
Horrible, horrible, horrible!! I don't know what they are doing there at this location!! How difficult is it to get an order... right? It's their job, literally!! I ordered a Cajun Flounder sandwich, what did I get, a chicken sandwich in a fish sandwichwrapper. I haven't eaten chicken in over two years, since going pescatarian. I know it's a risk going to a chickenestablishment, but it's your job!! Also, a freshness bread sealer was found on my sandwich when I went to take off some of thebreading, when I thought I was still eating a fish sandwich.
