Ordered 12 nuggets at 6:28 at drivethrough and was told to wait 3 and a half minutes. It's 6:47 now and I am still waiting. Ok... just pulled up to the drivethrough again and the same lady is telling me she doesn't know about any order I placed. I am postingthis review coz this branch always makes me wait. No more Popeyes for such shittty service. Update: the nuggets were cooked andleft there sitting for 20 minutes and were handed to me by this dude. In this whole 20 minutes, there was only 1 other customerwho pulled to the window at 6:47 which means the employees had nothing to do all these 20 minutes. The worst popeyes i?ve ever been to! Worst customer service and nasty raw chicken. Ordered the regular chicken sandwich, but it... was the spicy sandwich even tho i double checked that it is not the spicy and was told it?s not. Didn?t get my drink and when Iasked for it the guy working there was rude about it.. The chicken was not cooked well on the inside but dry and burnt on theoutside. Went there around 10:30pm for a chicken sandwich & the girl said they didn?t have none so I asked for tenders and she said they... didn?t have any as well, therefore I asked what did they have from their menu she mumbles who knows what. I ended up ordering aside of Cajun fries, they had me pull forward while they played around and hung one another out the drive-thru window...I waitedabout 7 min for them to bring me the fries which they put in a basket inside the bag so obviously they ended up all over theplace. This is arguably the WORST Popeyes in Houston. The chicken is NEVER fresh, I always have to ask for my receipt, the biscuits are... always hard. I also have to ask for napkins and cutlery. If my first time eating Popeyes was at this location, I wouldntrecommend it and would say its not a good restaurant. Read more
