currently in their parking lot waiting for now 35 minutes for an ONLINE ORDER that was ordered and paid 15 minutes before i even... got here. I went in after 20 minutes and was ignored by all workers and then told that they don?t start the order until theperson is there. I don?t mind that, but we ordered 3 different items with no drinks. there have been at least 10 people thathave been served before us. this is ridiculous, it?s FAST FOOD service. I was very disappointed. The drive thru attendant at this location was super nice and even gave me a complimentary beverage... because I had to wait. However, I should?ve received 2 drinks since I waited a very long time. Plus, my order was wrong. I askedfor the spicy crispy chicken sandwich but was given a plain chicken sandwich. Not that delectable spicy one I was salivatingfor. Also asked for and got the dirty rice that wasn?t really dirty but instead it was extra dry. Not moist and flavorful as Ihad remembered and hoped for. This was the Willowbend and S Post Oak location. In SW Houston. Was the best chicken I have had from a location
This was my first time at this location? and it was not great. They said it would be a 20 min wait for TWO pieces of chicken.... They were out of mashed potatoes. The sweet tea was warmer than the mac & cheese. Oh, and just for fun, a random man was peeingin the parking lot in front of my car. I just moved to Texas from a very small town that has only three places to eat so this was my first time eating at a... Popeyes. The food tasted so good, super hot and fresh with quick and friendly service. Shout out to Michelle who has amazinghospitality and service! She went above and beyond making my first experience at Popeyes a wonderful one. The whole staff atthis location was outstanding but Michelle was the one I interacted with the most and I can?t give her enough praise for havingsuch a great attitude and work ethic. This is the WORST Popeyes!! The chicken is always dry/burnt and the workers always seem like they are on something! This isn?t... the first time..never again! Horrible customer service! This was my first and last time visiting this location. About an hour ago I went to through the drive... thru. I waited forever at the speaker before anyone said anything to me. The large dark skin girl was very snappy, rude and veryimpatient. She literally took a long deep breath over the speaker when I took a few seconds to decide what sides I wanted. Ifeel like if I?m going there to spend my money I should at least be treated with respect. Read more
