On last night order received from Popeyes through Uber is unacceptable. The shrimps were few in number, these seemed to be... imitation shrimp ( not as advertised). Although, Tatar sauce was requested none was received. The chicken was dried out aswell as the biscuit,it was unpalatable. Read more

Don't order the butterfly shrimp, they are so tiny that they are a big ripoff. You have to fight with the ketchup packets to get... 1/4 ounce of ketchup. Then you have ketchup all over your hands. Don't order the red beans and rice, it is terrible. Read more

This is the worst store I've ever been to. I have tried this location several times because it's right around the corner from... where I live..but I will NEVER go back again. After waiting in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes (with no apology for thewait) I finally get my order. I check my bag and everything is in there. I get home and open my red beans and rice..AND IT'SJUST RICE WITH LITTLE TO NO BEANS!!!! THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE AND THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER. Visited this Popeyes today 12th August 2021, at 5.15 pm. The kid in the picture wearing green shirt literally ruined my visit.... All I wanted was a two piece combo with a mango tea (if they have any). I needed to yell my order 4 times as the kid kept sayingthat he can?t hear me!!! The distance between me and him was less than 7/8 inch as I was almost leaning over counter and also Iwas not wearing a mask. He totally doesn?t speak English or very weak in English that he can?t take an order said to him in anormal speed. The two people behind me also needed to yell and talk in super slow speed like they are talking to a toddler. Alsothis kid didn?t apologize for the inconvenience rather he argued back that it was my fault that I don?t speak clear English!!!Needless to say that he was hearing me when he was arguing with me and I was talking in same speed and volume! Mr./Miss managerplease train this kid better or get someone who can provide better to your customers. Read more
