I but Popeyes at the drive thru only and I've put up with mediocre service from Popeyes for YEARS. The only reason they and... hardly any other restaurants can do this is because I'm addicted to Popeyes chicken I've managed to stay away from booze drugsgambling and so many other vices but that chicken blindsided me out of nowhere, no body said be careful or you're gonna havefried chicken monkey in your back. I don?t know what it is about this location, but this is the third or fourth time we?ve purchased chicken from this Popeyes and... it?s always cold, dry etc. I?ve never had this issue with any other Popeyes, but this location is horrible! It?s so dry thebatter just continuously falls off and has no flavor. It?s almost like it was microwaved frozen food kind of chicken. We?redone at this location. I don?t care how nice they are in the drive-through if that is the case. Your food sucks! And I forgotthey didn?t put our four biscuits in with our eight piece meal and sides. The food here is great. I only use the drive thru. During the day, it's great service. After 7, the service sucks. There will... usually be one or two cars before me and can easily wait 30 minutes. When I get to the speaker, they never greet you. After 5to 10 minutes waiting on more then one occasion, I'll say hello, and they'll finally respond. Sometimes telling me to order atthe window. They are always out of something even when it's not close to closing. I'll be driving to the Pearland or El Doradostores from now on. Read more
Tried going this place, the owners need attention to watch out all the employes , please hire the people with like to love the... work. No one cars in the line and they waiting people for 30 minutes to take their order.. Im not really recommends this place. Read more
A bit disappointed.. I ordered the family tenders meal 16 pieces, 2 large sides and 5 or 6 biscuits. And a 2 piece bone-in... chicken meal with a small side and a biscuit.. The lady who handed me my bag said it was "ready"... I noticed it was missing thesauces (5) that it was allowed to come with.. There was none in the bag. I asked her for some, she brought 3, I requested the 5that the order called for.. Got 5 and left; still believing the rest of the order was "ready".. Got home and found the 2 largesides were missing and we counted only 14 chicken tenders.. So, went back and requested my 2 large sides, got them withoutincident but the lady who had said my food order was ready quite obviously refused to help me.. I can see they're busy but ifyou see a customer return shortly after they picked up their order, be nice and make the situation right like your co-workerdid. Maybe double-check the contents of the bag before you say " it's ready".. Read more
Do not go here! They put the worst people to with the drive through. They do not know how to operate efficiently. They put you... on hold as soon as you reach the order speaker and keep you there until they completely finished with the person that justordered ahead of you. Frustrating going to place that is so poorly managed. Read more

There was plenty of chicken to pack our order. Only thing we needed were biscuits. I watched the staff menever unpack our... already packed chicken and give it to another customer. She theme tried to short us on biscuits and a side order. Thecustomers were friendly than the staff. It took about 40 minutes to complete our order. Read more
