we had a poor experience there. I can only blame corporate/management for not allowing adequate training. we had a coupon, which... was told to the employee at the drive thru while ordering. we got to the window and he hadn't input the coupon. the manager onduty blamed us for not telling him. they then had to re-do the order, and forgot the chicken sandwich we really wanted. he evenwanted to change our sides to something we didn't order! we waited in line for almost half an hour waiting for the lady in frontof us, then our order. please give your employees more time to learn the system before tossing them into the dinner rush. Worst popeyes I have ever been to. Food is old and dry orders are mixed up no mashed potatoes no Cole slaw this has been the... case bbn the last 3 times I have tried them. Will never use this location again. They need to get new management or shut itdown. Absolutely Awful. Read more
First time visitors: The wait was a bit long going through the drive-thru (stopped by at 1:15 or so), our chicken was hot and... tasty, but our red beans and rice were super watery with hardly any rice and our mashed potatoes and gravy were missing thegravy. Ordered through the app, when I arrived for pickup, the cashier told me they didn?t have any of the items I ordered available &... no plans of preparing them. Seems to be a huge management / staffing issue. There were two people working at 5pm - the cashier &a woman mopping. Neither of them were preparing food or had plans to in the near future. I?ve tried to request a refund multipletimes through the app, but can?t get past the app robot. Read more
AMAZING FOOD...But, everything else is terrible. I keep going because of the food, but don?t even going through the drive... through because your order will be wrong, every time (I mean that literally). They will forget a side, they will give youbone-in instead of strips, they will give mild and not spicy, they will forget a side. This isn?t the employees faults, they?rejust young men and women not being trained properly. This is a corporate issue. Read more

This popeyes is so terrible. I went there for my lunch break at eleven o'clock and they open at ten o'clock, it took them a whol... hour to get my food ready even though I ordered ahead on the app. They didn't even have sweet tea ready so I had to get anotherdrink and when I got my chicken the skin was burnt.
