went there yesterday and spent 45.00 only to watch the manager on duty not acknowledge no one but her crew and laugh and play... with a bunch of kids!! it was really weird to watch? i order a desert in which the manager said why you telling me like i?m acook?? they left out my mashed potatoes. This is the worst Popeyes I've been to. There are 7 people in line, two managers walking around with headsets and only two cars... in line outside. One person cooking and another I'm guessing is also cooking. One awesome young man running the front. Great jobRamon, doing by yourself! Worthless managers. SMH. Jose is the worst Manager ever. How did he even become one if he lacks good customer service experience & manners.He is just the... rudest. The drive thru crew was amazing and took out my order fast. Their biscuits are to die for. Honestly I love coming there at least... 2 times a week. I've been waiting for the past 10 minutes and 5 other people have been waiting ever since I got here. The counter girl looks... like she just got out of bed with her hair looking a mess no hair net dangling all over and giggling while taking yet anotherperson's order. Received order at 5:12PM !!!!!!
