I been at this Popeyes 5 times in the last 2 months and let me tell you, best Popeyes location I've been at so far. Food is... always fresh and the customer service is incredible.Theirs a young Hispanic man that's always there when I go, he works at thedrive thru and the front register, I don't know his name but if you'll reading this Popeyes, please give him a god dam raise,well deserved. I had a offer coupon that was for a 14pc family meal, with some addition stuff. The offer was for that address, from the... app. The guy taking the order tonight said that there was no family meal offer like that. I had already activated my coupon sothat can?t be redeemed now. Canceling or exiting out of the coupon causes it to be redeemed. It was very obvious that he didn?twant to drop more chicken. Stating there was 20 minutes left. We arrived at 10:36. The order was complete at 10:47. And the mixhad a lot of ends. The leftover pieces, which we said we didn?t mind waiting for fresh. If you don?t want to do your job, whywaste the time of others? Fries not fully cooked nor hot at all. Chicken not hot nor fresh at all. Biscuit not hot warm and soft at all. Shift manager no... life in his character at all. Don't greet nor smile at all. They very lazy as well. Told one female customer it would take ahour to provide her white meat option. The only meat available was dark meat. Which you dont tell your customer that. They'retremendously a lazy crew with tacky energy. This happen at time 4:46 pm June 14th 2022. The regional manager definitely needs towhip this shift in shape. They making a 50 yr company look terrible in chicken business. I will re check them out and see ifthere is some better improvements. Read more

OMG! These chicken tenders were old, and I believe to complete my order they cut a whole tender to make two very small. What a... joke. I came from work very tired, and just got stomachache when I see these tenders. Then I called to their customer servicephone number and a man responded very angry saying "this is not popeyes, this is not popeyes, this is not popeyes." People don'thave time to lose. Come on!
