This place is the worst the staff here doesn?t know what they?re doing and give the wrong orders and forget items on the orders.... I didn?t receive my main part of my meal I only received my sides and I had to go back and show my bag and receipt to get myorder. Then I leave and I didn?t even receive the correct sandwich. Today was the second time in a raw I came and was served old chicken after asking if they can make it fresh. If I?m spending my... money I want fresh food and they have failed to do that. After calling over 20 times and complaining the last time I had coldfood they do not answer their phone at all.. im very disappointed because it?s the second time. They don?t answer the phonewhat?s so ever. Service there is horrible, no customer service skills. I do not like going to establishment where you place an order and your... order end up being wrong they call the order back to you but when you get the order it?s wrong. I order a 5 piece dinner for 2 everything looked like Miniature Drumettes but the breast. You do not check the bed until you get to work or home and the orderis wrong. What the hell!!! Read more

Man when I tell you my order was all the way wrong. I asked for half regular/spicy didn?t get that. The chicken was fresh... though. I got a half a box of fries I asked for two mac and cheese only got one the other one was dirty rice which was dry andhad a weird taste. The biscuits were room temp. Read more

So disappointed. Except for the box this could have been Church's Chicken which I don't care for & drove past on the way to... Popeye's. Where are the seasonings that made Popeye's famous??? Spicy chicken was not spicy & looks like it was reheated in thegrease. Both biscuits baked so hard they were not eat able. The soda was seltzer water only. I won't be back to this location.
