The fried chicken is sometimes fully cooked or sometimes a little pink. When it is cooked perfectly it is very juicy and crispy.... The sides are pretty good but I would recommend getting the cajun fries and the coleslaw. The service there is pretty slow asthere is only one person working on the register and takes a while for them to take orders and make food, even on a non-busyday. Read more
I used to go to this location because of the Middle Ages Black lady who worked the counter (and probably every other station).... She was friendly, fast and efficient. She wasn?t there in this visit but hopefully still there. Of course Tuesday is busy sothought that we would order online using a coupon, but why was I having such a difficult time applying it. Well once it wasdecided I was going to have to go in the store or the drive-through to place my order, I knew it would be a wait. And of courseit was, but not really too bad. Placing the order was rather lengthy but that was okay. I could tell that the young man wasgoing as fast as he could with him not being as a more senior person. (Been there done that). Besides it being confirmed by anemployee that the app doesn?t allow you to use a coupon (or online either, I think). Isn?t that a little underhanded/unfair? And then when I got home I found the spicy pieces of chicken to be hard/dry. Maybe sitting under the lights too long? And hasanyone else noticed or is it just me to think that the coating/batter has gotten thicker? Maybe I?ll go back to the otherlocation and see if it?s the same there. Read more

Worst Popeyes restaurant ever. They don?t like cooking fresh food instead they like to give out reheated food to customers.... Instead of the manage Alberto Rodriguez apologizing for the inconvenience he continues to argue with me about the nuggets. Iclearly know what reheated and fresh nuggets look like. Not only that they get upset when you say you don?t want the reheatedfood. If I spend my money I want my nuggets to look fresh as in the picture instead of reheated. So I ordered a large red beans and rice on doordash along with other items and I actually didn?t receive 1 of them but this... right here was disrespectful... there was no beans and only rice!
