We went on a Sunday, 11/27 around 3:30 PM. The service was ridiculously slow. It took almost 30 minutes in line to order on the... inside. There were only 2 or 3 people ahead of me. It then took another 20 minutes to get our to go order. We only ordered a 2pc and a popcorn shrimp. There were no super large orders. They were just slow. We won't ever go back. Ridiculous Read more
Okay so where do I begin...for one we waited in line as if the order box was broken we had to call out several times before... anyone acknowledged we was there. The chicken was hot but the food was poorly packaged. They didn't have any ketchup or saucesto accompany the chicken and it was just all around bad service...sorry I will most likely not be back to this location. Read more
Always love Popeyes for a quick meal or snack on the go. The service here is a little slow and they never seem to have... everything on the menu. Especially at lunch time. Read more

I came to eat here on my lunch break from work. Alot of us were released at the same time for lunch and they saw a big group of... people walk in and they only kept 1 person to take orders and they seemed to be tending to the drive thru orders first. Terribleservice! Read more
Extremely slow drive thru. There was a car broken down but that didn't affect the drive thru much. They were just very slow... making food, taking orders, etc Picked up order for doordash and I waited for at least 30 minutes with only 5 cars in front ofme. When I got to the window they stated they didn't have enough chicken tenders and I had to call the customer to see if theywanted to replace with nuggets. This is not how you do business Read more
I went to Popeyes last night at this location across from the 99 cent store/ conns off of Westheimer. This was almost a $8 meal... and was dry, cold and look how small the pieces are!!!!! The biscuit was hard as a rock nothing was fresh. I wanted Cajun friesand they said they were out of Cajun fries??? Like how does that happen and they had to substitute it with mashed potatoes. Myapple pie taste hard seems like it's sat under the lamp for a very long period of time. I need the area manager to look atwhat's being served to customers I am not the only one complaining here. Pitiful location. No napkins, no platicware, no drinks (they had no flavors in either of their Coca-Cola Freestyle machines,... only tap water), absolutely no condiments except ketchup, and no dessert. The food was great. But I had nothing to dip it in, nodrink to wash it down, nothing to wipe my hands and mouth, no utensils to eat my side with, and no dessert to finish off mymeal. This is one of the most well-known fried chicken restaurants in the world and you don't have napkins or hot sauce atleast?? Sound like a good place to stop and eat? Didn't think so. Read more
