We went on a Sunday, 11/27 around 3:30 PM. The service was ridiculously slow. It took almost 30 minutes in line to order on the... inside. There were only 2 or 3 people ahead of me. Okay so where do I begin...for one we waited in line as if the order box was broken we had to call out several times before... anyone acknowledged we was there. The chicken was hot but the food was poorly packaged. They didn't have any ketchup or saucesto accompany the chicken and it was just all around bad service...sorry I will most likely not be back to this location. Read more

Pitiful location. No napkins, no platicware, no drinks (they had no flavors in either of their Coca-Cola Freestyle machines,... only tap water), absolutely no condiments except ketchup, and no dessert. The food was great. But I had nothing to dip it in, nodrink to wash it down, nothing to wipe my hands and mouth, no utensils to eat my side with, and no dessert to finish off mymeal. This is one of the most well-known fried chicken restaurants in the world and you don't have napkins or hot sauce atleast?? Sound like a good place to stop and eat? Didn't think so. Read more
