The store sign said open 10am for drive-thru and 9:30am for lobby. I drove by the drive-thru at 10:05 and no one was there. I... walked in the store , employee seems to not knowing if they are open or close. An employee told me only drive-thru is open, Itold her I was there and no one was at the window . Quick service through the drive thru. Pleasant employees. Spicy doesn't seem so spicy, as or spicy as I think Popeyes chicken... should be. I've visited twice in a week, going through the drive thru line only. Never waited over 5 minutes. Though the timecould be contributed to me visiting during the weekdays, at 11am or 3pm. I've received my food and both times it was warm, atbest. Never hot. I had to reheat my food prior to eating. Maybe I'll return if I'm real hungry and it's the closest place to getfood, but otherwise, I'm good with moving on along. The one thing that stood out to me was that the restaurant is located on amain road and traffic sometimes ties up the entrance and exit, which is frustrating. Read more

The chicken was good. Service was not very good. Had to wait a long time to get waited on . They acted like they could care ... less about waiting on you. Some stores are good, some aren't. Their service is all over the place. Sometimes you get a good kid that knows how to handle a business... then there are times... you think they just needed a " human being."
